"Don't sit in your shit" - If something happens don't sit and dwell on in. Especially if you cannot change it.

"Don't complain about things you cannot change"

"Don't let anyone else control your happiness"

"Always remember who has the upper hand in situations"

"Never tell boys you aren't dating how you really feel about them, Cause that give them power"

"After you receive permission to do something, Don't continue to ask, Are you sure?"

"If you say you are going to be somewhere, BE THERE. If at some point you make a conscience decision that you are not going to show up, call and share that info"
